A young bat is separated from its companions. Help this wounded creature find its way back home. Nom on some berries, glide with grace, and weather the elements as you try to find your way.
Downpour was submitted for the Ludum Dare 51 game jam. The game was created in 72 hours by Chris, Javi, Ray, and Marshall.

NOTE: On the Mac version, you need to run "downpour.love". If you see this error message, try right-clicking the file and selecting "Open" from the context menu. Sometimes, this will only succeed on the second or third try (I swear!) so give it one more shot 🙏

This is SO cute! I love the little bat and I felt so incredibly bad every time I died. The level design is so well done as well it makes the game not only super adorable to look at but fun to play

music is amazing, art is adorable, and mechanics feel really smooth and nice to play
level balancing is great and has a good progression, game stays interesting through good pacing and great mechanics, and nothing feels too hard or too easy. fantastic level design
